No, they are different.
The Hammond was a conventional tube circuit with center-tapped HV winding. It used two diodes rated 1000 volts. The PT-2 is a single winding and needs a full-wave bridge rectifier of four diodes, rated 500v minimum. If you have the PT-2 and are embarking on a rebuild, the 600v Schottky diodes are suitable; for the Hammond you need the 1200v ones which are more expensive.
