Newbie needs help in figuring out what is wrong...desperate!

Hi Caucasian Backplate, The 220 ohm resistor that connects B7 to 9 reads 228 ohms. Similarly, if i measure from the B7 pin to the volume control middle tab furthest from the chassis.

Hi again, since you gave me the heads up about B7, I did the testing but with the active load PCB not fastened, ie dangling. The terminal 9 voltage now reads 0. So something is shorted when I fasten it I guess?

But the rest of the out of spec are still there ie:

15...320 shd be 165-220
0B is 320...sgd be 165-220.

When compared to the last out of spec, these voltages have increased. No sound from one channel, just crackling.

Oh yes, and 2 LEDs on the active load PCB do not light up.

Yes, are the wires going to the socket trimmed pretty carefully?

Also, you can swap the wires leaving OA and OB to test both sides of the board.  I would do this before obtaining replacement parts.
