Just audition a better pair at home and get her involved. I find getting my wife's opinion on sound goes a long way in both a sanity check and to acquiring new gear. Most good local dealers will do an in home audition if you ask, even on used gear.

It all came together last weekend.......    New Magneplanar's are now on order with and expected delivery in three weeks.    Frankly, it only took her about 3 minutes to make my decision  ;)

Now that I have that out of the way, time to build a record cleaning machine.   Anyone have any good plans or experience with that?

Project RPM 1.3, Speed box, Acrylic Platter, Sound Smith upgraded Sumiko EVOIII  Eros, Beepre, Emotive XPA-2, Cambridge Azur 640C, Magneplanar 3.7i's, Dayton Audio Sub.
