I've been having a great time using my Orca's in 5.1 setup!  I use them for music primarily and letting the system break in over the past few months.

I listen almost exclusively using the NAD EARS mode on my receiver which can convert a stereo signal in 5.1 channels. The sound is very natural and subtle at first but has grown on me over the months.

Files are played back through Audirvana at an upsampled rate of 24/192kHz.

I'm very satisfied too. I haven't changed a thing in the setup since putting it together, which is just about unheard of around here. If I had any complaint it would be video related -  that the resolution of high def streaming movies and TV shows has a long way to go to approach bluray quality. We primarily stream these days and putting on the occasional bluray (last was Muscle Shoals, great movie) reminds me of how good HT can be.

My next step is adding an LED TV and hooking up my bluray player but musical performance was first priority for me.
