Oh I was not taking it as a complaint at all. I only worry when people stop asking! Just wanted to give as much info as possible about how the process of getting new stuff ready to release works. It takes us some really concentrated effort to stay on schedule to deliver the first run once we start selling a new product, so we try to space the releases apart enough to keep thing from overlapping in the manual writing and other more time consuming parts of the process.
