I just learned that dBPowerAmp is now available for the Mac!
For those who don't know,dBPowerAmp is the premiere ripper/tagger,/format converter but has only been available for Windows... until now.
There goes the last reason to keep my windows computer :-).
There is a demo (full function) and the current release on their web page:
