I went ahead and connected headphones (HD 600). I set the volume to zero on the amp and started the music and it was playing in my left ear. I decided to try the pot and it raised right headphone volume. Good is that i set my souce to low volume .. So I'm happy that it works but what's wrong with it?

Also do you know what brand is 12AU7A is used and how old is 6080?

Thank you!

It might suffice to just replace the pot, as everything else looks A-OK in on your voltage checks.
