Quicksand headphone resistor question

Finishing Quicksand:

1. Which resistors should I install? I don't own headphones, but plan on purchasing soon.

2. Any recommendations on headphones with this amp, or is it not headphone specific?

The Quicksand is basically a speaker amp that we happened to put a headphone jack on.  It is not a headpohone amp that mates particularly well with any particular set of headphones, the jack is more there for convenience if you happen to need it.
