resistor help please

I'm on the step on page 67 of the Eros manual where it specifies a 470K resistor.  The photo is a brown resistor labeled 4703F.
The last two resistors in my kit are  blue resistors, green violet black orange brown, which using a resistor calculator I figure to be 570K 1%.  When I did the counts before assembly, I thought "close enough", but now I'm reluctant to solder it in.

Are these ok to use?

When you put a translucent yellow paint over a blue resistor body it looks green. Luckily you can simply use your multimeter to measure the resistance and know for sure what it is.
