Bad voltages [resolved]

Hello all, just finished building my crack earlier this week and i am having issues with some of the voltages i am assuming i messed up the wiring somewhere in here, but would like some pointers for when i take a closer look into the build all resistance and voltage checks were passed sans this

Voltages -

a4 Should be - 0 is 191
a5 Should be - 0 is 191
a9 Should be - 0 is 191
b7 Should be - 0 is 191
b8 Should be - 0 is 191

Never Mind regarding the top post, i had a black wire soldered to 15u instead of 14u! god i feel like an idiot
