Hey all. Thanks Doc for an excellent kit. Documentation has really been dialed in since my first SEX kit 10yrs ago. Very well done.

I'll try to get some photos up here in a bit.

Running BeePre>300B Paramounts> 1981 Klipsch LaScalas= zero distortion, crystal clear and smooth.

My Paramounts have been running great for years now. I believe tube life is in the 10,000 hrs range with 300Bs, correct?  I don't keep track of hours used, but I imagine the BeePree taxes the tube less than the Paramounts. Correct ?

Would there be any benefit to moving my more used Paramount 300B tubes to the Bee Pre. And putting the fresh tubes in the Paramounts??

I would (and do) use the best tubes in the BeePre. The signal level is the lowest there and thus the noise floor and small signal distortion performance are the most critical in that position.

Excellent. The fresh tubes stay in the Bee Pre
