Ok. Got back from the last trip late last night. Disconnected the UF4007's from the power transformer. 

Ran the Powerline Voltage test on page 29. Power was at 124VAC

Ran the Power Transformer Secondary test on page 33.  Power was at .8 which I assume means it failed.

Please advise.

Do the low voltage windings still measure properly?
