Hi everyone,

Just completed my second ever kit, a Stereomour, having completed a Smash late last year.

Doing the resistance checks I have the following discrepancies which I'm not sure are ok:

2) 17 MOhms
19) 20 MOhms and then value slowly decreases

A2) 7 MOhms and then value slowly decreases
C2) 4 MOhms and then value slowly decreases

For all 4 of the above the manual states "infinite" value which is denoted by Od on my multimeter. They are fairly big values (which is good) but I'd like to make sure I'm safe to proceed to the voltage checks. If someone could reply and let me know that would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I don't have a Stereomour or even a manual.  But...  any reading over 1M Ohm should be considered infinity.  Also, any reading marked * is considered good for the readings you got.

Thank you very much...I thought that's probably the case but it's always better checking.

Voltage checks were good, hum pots adjusted and music is playing...very nice indeed.

Indeed it is. Wondering if the II could possibly sound better

I don't expect the II to sound different, in stock form. It just has greater upgradeability.
