 Hello.,
Built my very first Kaiju and it sounds amazing, I was not expecting such a beautiful sound ,thank you so much .I have now about 25 hours with no problems and i thought it's time to add the DC Filament supply.
I have measured again  all the required values before I  continue to install the new board,I have noticed some value changes ,they are still within specs except one measurement.
I have enclosed my measurements so maybe someone can have a look and direct me in the correct way before I go ahead and connect the DC Filament .
One thing I do notice, the hum test , on my measuring device is not stable and the values are not steady ,but changing erratically .At initial start up I hade 8.1mv on both channels, very steady.
However the Kaiju still sounds beautiful.
Thank you again for any help and guidance.

A small update ,changed my multimeter  and the hum value is stable ,a slight rise from 8.1mv to 8.5 mv all other values as mentioned in my first post are unchanged.
Thank you again for any advice. 🙂

You are getting 8mV of hum before the DC upgrade, right?  Did your AC line voltage change over that 25 hour period?  I suspect that it did.

Hello Paul ,
Nice to talk to you again ,really pleased with the Jærger speakers as well .
I did measure my ac line voltage and it had moved from 225vac up to 229vac.The voltage i checked in the evening its higher and day time lower 225vac .I live on a mountain and i,m the last house on that transformator.
I have not installed the DC filter ,just want to check with the Bottlehead head crew ,if all is well with my build .
I did notice the IA on side A and D is out of spec ,just thought i would ask before I continue.
Thank you again .Shaun

What you are seeing is probably variation due to line voltage changes.  I wouldn't be concerned about the IA voltages moving.

Thank you Paul .
I will continue to build and connect the DC supply and let you know the results .
The combination of Kaiju and Jæger speakers is just a great match ,can't wait to get my other Kaiju hooked up .
Thanks again for your reassurance.
