Here is what I get.
    on terminals 3,8,13,18,22,25,27,32,35 I get .1 to .2 ohms?
on terminals A3, A4, B3, B4 they are connected to terminal 6 and 16. 6 and 16 have a star next to them and check out O.K. A3, A4, B3, and B4 also read the same as 6 and 16. Should terminals A3, A4, B3, B4, have been marked with a star next to them and not an OL?
     on terminalsA2, A7, B2, B7, I get 112 ohms. Not 133.

Before, I had the selector switch wired wrong and I did get 22 ohms on terminals 3,8,13,18,22,25,27,32,35, but now that I think I have that corrected, those terminals are at .2 ohms?

   Thank you all.

Could you post some build photos?  The initial resistance checks specify that you should measure from terminal 23 to the ground tab by the power transformer and see about 22 ohms, what resistance do you measure there?

Can you post some build photos? Of interest would be the 22 ohm resistor that soldered into the power supply section that doesn't seem to be measuring properly.

The rest of the issues posted wouldn't stop me from firing this up.

I have it down to a selector switch miss wire. It only reads .2 ohms when in the fully counter clock wise position. In the other 2 positions it reads 22 ohms. Can anyone tell me how to find the number one position on the selector switch? I don't see any markings on the switch.

I can't send photo now. I'm have some computer problems right now.

You most likely have an RCA jack that isn't properly mounted.

Now I'm really confused. I haven't done anything to it, and now I'm getting 220 ohms on two setting and 199 ohms on the other. I will check all the RCA's. Thank you.

Thanks Paul. I checked the RCA's and found the problem. The .1uf cap to ground on R3 was shorted out. I removed the cap, and the problem is gone. Now I need a .1uf cap to replace it. Thanks again.

Those caps do serve a function, but generations of our preamps have been built without them, so don't sweat that too much.
