Has anyone used Vishay MKT1820 100uF/160V (particularly the compact version), Wima DC-Link MKP4 100uF/400V or Eaton EFDKS (or EFDKA) 80uF/450V ? These are the most compact rectangular industrial caps I found on digikey and mouser. Eaton is considerably cheaper at ~10 USD whereas Wima is ~20 USD and Vishay is ~30 USD.

Sorry, I can't help with those. In some other thread, Doc recommended using Audyn Q4's as being value matched with the Crack, so that's what I used. I've be happy with them.

I have used the black Panasonic film caps with good success.  The box type caps sure are convenient to just glue down to the chassis.
