Voltage Check, Issues [resolved]

Help respectfully requested.
Resistance checks passed beautifully; Tubes light beautifully; LEDs light beautifully like a Christmas Tree.
But voltages on my Eros 2.0 are off, as follows:

IA:  Spec 210-230V – Mine is 222V [OK]
IB:  Spec 210-230V – Mine is 218V [OK]
OA: Spec 155-185V – Mine is 145V [Low]
OB: Spec 155-185V – Mine is 166V [OK]
OC: Spec  95-100V – Mine is 140V [Very High]
OD: Spec 95-100V – Mine is 95V [OK]
OkA: Spec 95-105V – Mine is 140V [Very High]
OkB: Spec 95-105V – Mine is 97V [OK]
OkC: Spec 0.7-2V – Mine is 5.83V [Very High]
OkD: Spec 0.7-2V – Mine is 1.47V [OK]

You'll need to post some build photos.  This can be something as simple as two solder pads on that front C4S board that are accidentally soldered together or a miswire on one of the sockets, or possibly a combination of multiple issues. 

I suspect that pins 1 and 2 are touching on your C socket.

The joints circled in red need attention.  At least one of them doesn't look soldered at all.

Paul Birkeland: I re-soldered as you suggested, and I am pleased to report complete success.
All Voltage checks perfectly within spec.
