I apologize.  I know I saw reference to this somewhere, perhaps even a reply to my post but I can't find it. I have both sides of my plate powder coated.  Can you confirm what locations need to be ground down to bare metal?  And do I need to ground to bare metal on top and bottom of the plate?

Thanks

Tim

Hello Tim,

Ground the plate to bare metal on the bottom side of the chassis on the where terminal strip closest to the input selector switch mounts.

Ground the plate to bare metal on the bottom side of the chassis where the #8 screw passes through by the IEC power entry socket.

Ground the plate to bare metal where the terminal strip closest to the volume control mounts.

I don't think any other places need to be ground down.
