The straight line is DC, the squiggly line is AC. m means milivolt. No letter means volts. Choose the next range higher than what you expect (i.e. if you're expecting 190V, use 200, if you're expecting 205V, choose 500, et cetera).

The only AC readings are the power supply up to the rectifiers for the high voltage and the heaters for both tubes.
Did the Crack work before the Speedball upgrade? If so you need to give the voltages at the circuit boards (all DC) where the PCBs are attached to the circuit.

Pretty sure that the R2 resistors are wrong in this picture in the bottom right hand corner, it's the two pair that were supposed to be twisted on one end and clipped. It looks like the R2 pair on the upper left hand side are correct, but the bottom right should be the same.

You've got some pretty big solder blobs on there. Look very closely to make sure nothing is shorted together.

You need to trim the leads on the back sides of the boards
much
closer to the board itself. Look at the photos in the manual and do your best to imitate what's there. (You also have an awful lot of solder on there, as mentioned before)

I noticed there are two different sets of resistors on the main PCB.
Do the smaller ones have the same value as the larger (brown) ones?
See attached picture (circled both sets red)
Also it looks as if the 2N2222 solderpoints almost touch eachother (but it could also be the angle of the picture that gives that impression).
Edit: Just noticed that Blkout also made the observation about the 2 different pairs of resistors!
