...is there any option to order the paramount kit without the outputs and chokes?

Nah, your missing half the fun.  You build with MQ iron and take the (really good) left over iron and the just learned knowledge from the kit and build a separate tweeter amp for your system.  ;D

The chokes you can moved to the power supply making it a CLC if your heart is set on MQ iron. I would listen to it in stock form first as you won't know what you missed. There is a difference between the iron but it's not a large one. You will find a greater change in sound rolling PF caps and tubes with iron in third.
