This is a bad adapter. My crack sounds blur.... Anyone have parameter to build a better adapter?

You should read this thread. I got one of these adapters and it is completely quiet in my system using a NOS 6SN7.

Anyone tried an old stock CV-181? I have some branded GE 5692 - Made in England. Bottle shaped. I believe the heater requirement is 0.95 amps.
