Greetings again and thanks in advance.  I have been using my Crack HA for the past two years and finally decided to add the Speedball.  It has worked perfectly until now.  After I installed the Speedball the numbers didn't match the voltages so I rechecked that I placed all the wires correctly and resoldered them to be sure.  Both tubes light up (the 6030 is well lit, the 12AU7 barely glows but gets warm). I replaced the 1 Amp fuse.  Now I don't have any correct numbers!
Terminal lug# on the PT-3 and #12 for the negative lead on the DVM
1-O VDC
2-0 VDC
3-no lug
4-0
5-0
6-86 VDC
7-86
8-no lug
9-86
10-86
11-0
12-0
13-174

15-194
16-0
17-0
18-86
19-86
20-0
21-214
22-0

I had a spare 12AU7 tube so I replaced that tube.  Same thing.

Any ideas?

I have to say that I'm a little disappointed that there has been no response to my dilemma regarding the addition of Speedball to my original Crack. I have always received prompt helpful answers to my questions. I'm tempted to remove my Speedball addition and return to my basic Crack.

Lo and behold.  I rewired all of the speedball and many of the previous Crack soldered joints and now it works as designed.  Sorry to trouble you.  TG

Generally your issue would come from not mounting the TIP50 transistors properly.
