After several months I chceked the bias and both sides were at 149 VDC.
I adjusted a few turns and set them back to the nominal 145 VDC.
So whats this indicating about the tube wear?

It may indicate burn-in more than anything.

I agree....nothing to really be concerned about.
It would be a neat excercise to plot the voltage change over time and see how that looks....
Nah...life is too short!!

The good news is I don't notice any change in sound quality from this bias drift. I'm happy there's the ability to adjust bias though.
