Jameson,

     There are a lot of easy/inexpensive sub designs you can build yourself. You could build a couple of bucket subs and dress them up to go with the Jaegers. They are pretty inexpensive and remarkably good. There are many options from PE also. Remember you don’t have to use an integrated plate amp. You could get a decent SS amp off eBay or build a decent DIY class D amp and have stereo subs for a pretty reasonable sum. Any of these will work with your  X2.

The Jagers don't really need subwoofers. I've measured them down to around 34Hz.

Is this new product the electrostatic headphone amp you guys were talking about, or something different? If something different, when do you expect to announce it?

Cool. If I had the faintest clue about ideal specs for a power trafo for Jaeger active x-overs, I could speculate about what it might be. But I don't. So I will just wait ... impatiently
