I will ask thru email,together with the manual purchases to the contact person at bottlehead. Just a quick update. I check the voltage outlet and confirm it is 230v.
now i should know what is the reason.
I blame myself why i did not check for the voltage first before plug in. Now i need to rewire the amp to 230v and hopefully can be done once i purchase the manual.
