Seduction can take a midband input of around 200mV - few cartridges can generate that much!
Headroom across the frequency band gets pretty complicated, allowing for the RIAA equalization and recording limitations, which is why I just quote an approximate "midband" figure. The first stage can take nearly a volt. That would clip the second stage in the bass where the equalization does not attenuate much, but a velocity cartridge (i.e. any magnetic cart - moving magnet, moving iron, or moving coil) can't generate much voltage at low frequencies because the groove spacing is limited.
