On the Stereomour power supply pcb there is the (#1) 100 uf cap then the (#2) 220 uf cap next to it on the rear side of pcb. Can I substitute a 200 uf cap for it without harm. If I get a tight tolerance cap +/- 5% it seems I should fall within design tolerances but would appreciate the words "ok"  for "no way dude I said 220 uf" before I move ahead. Thanks

Build it stock first. If you want to change it down the road, you will have a baseline to compare your changes to.
