Adding mono switch
on:

Scanning this forum I've found two suggestions for adding a mono switch to the Foreplay:
1. Connect terminals C & D of the input switch to a SPST switch.
2. Connect output of volume controls to SPST switch. This method apparently may not work as well at full volume.
Is either of these considered best or is there yet another even better way?

I would opt for the connection at the selector switch, as I believe there's a little more space up there, and it leaves some flexibility for the time down the road when you might want to change out your attenuators.
