Won't Power On

I purchased a pre-assembled crack with speedball from eBay and it worked fine for about 50 hours, but now it doesn't power on. It worked fine previously, but now the tubes no longer light up when I turn the power on. Is this simply a broken fuse or is there something more significant going on? Is this a quick fix or should I ship it to Bottlehead for a repair?

If you don't know where to look for the fuse it might be expeditious to just send this amp to us to repair for you. And if you do know where
to look and find a blown fuse it might still be beneficial if you don't know how to do the voltage tests to begin to sort this out.
