Hello all.

Project finished. Miss just the switch knob as I didn’t received yet but just wanted to share my 1st impression after 1h of listening. I used to run a dynaco st35 with khorn 1971 A crossover so that’s my comparison.
With the Stereomour II the music is Simply stunning!!! The air and bass response it’s just amazing. More detailed and somehow cleaner more tight and crisp sound even tho with more body and weight. Very very happy. Also at the beginning I was concerned of not having enough volume with 3.5 w. Well I run a Denon 103R with step up (Cinemag 3440AH) and I really can't higher the volume more than 3/4. No way to go laugher than that! It really compares with the 17.5 WPC (probably 11 in reality) of the Dynaco ST35. No problem whatsoever. I'm relief.
Now I’ll run it for a couple of months stock also with stock tubes to get used to it but I already received 2 upgrades (power supply and shunt) plus some driver tubes (Sylvania gold brand 6201). Keep you posted on the evolution.
Attached the pic of the amp.
Cheers all and viva the tubes.

I like the flat/matte finish. Did you add the bell ends to the stock plate chokes?

I like that you painted the 9 pin socket mounting rings.

That is a nice looking Stereomour. I agree with Caucasian Blackplate that painting the tube socket rings gives it that extra pop. The knobs on the hum adjustment pots are nice too. You are in for a treat when you put the shunt regulator in. It really does increase the dynamics and detail.
Enjoy!
