So far so good - I havent electrocuted my self so far!

I am at the Voltage check step - just before completion.  All of the checks are to spec except two of the terminals.  And they are both showing the same tiny reading.  Both Terminal 4 and Terminal 18 are both supposed to be 0, but my multimeter is giving readings that fluctuate between 15 and 20 mV (not V).  The other terminals that are supposed to be 0 (5 and 19) read 0.  So is 20mV close enough to zero?  Or did I do something wrong to both channels?

Thanks so much

Greg

Yeah, 4 and 18 are grid connections that can have a little bit of AC signal on them and could measure in the DC millivolt range.  You're good.
