Interesting. I wonder if VCap will pass on some of the retailer markup savings to consumers.  If so (just speculating), the 35%-off prices may be indicative of what future prices will be when buying direct from VCap.

In case someone is considering picking some up on sale: I just installed 0.1 uF 600V V-cap CUTFs caps in parallel with the 10 uF ClarityCap CMR coupling caps in my Beepre. Listening impressions with zero break-in are a first for me: everything seems improved - more definition, separation, musicality, attack and decay, from high to low. The added bass detail is most striking - not in the sense of being more emphasized than the added detail in the mids and highs, but b/c I had come to assume that bass notes are simply inherently less defined to the ear than treble and that there was little additional bass detail to be had. Not so!

Exactly!  You are likely his target market...OEM, or at least, "industry".  A "buy a pair" consumer, not so much.  Of course, I could be mistaken!  Regardless, I hope he continues to be successful. The Teflon caps are very nice.

Well I will offer my experience with orders from Chris. I am the DIY customer who places small orders for caps, wire, etc.  I have always gotten superb customer service from him on par with the outstanding customer service Bottlehead has.  Granted, he does not have sales running all the time like Parts Connexion does but the quality of his merchandise and his customer service is top notch.
