Hello, I received my Crack 1.1 with Speedball last week. I am unable to find the manual anywhere. When I go to my account and click "downloads" it says I have no available downloads. Where am I supposed to get the manual? Thanks.

After purchasing, we provide one manual download.  If you casually open it and do not save it, then you will need to contact replacementparts(at)bottlehead(dot)com to request a replacement.  Please provide your name and order information if possible in your e-mail.

Yeah that's what I'm confused about - I haven't accidentally dowloaded anything. Actually I hadn't even bothered to log in or do anything - I expected a printed manual in the box. Anyway, I'll send an email. Thanks!
