I finished a S.E.X. a few months ago and am thinking about a BeePre to be my next project. But as I am in Europe I have 240V power.

I am confused: On the product page of the BeePre it says "This product is only available for 120V operation"

But here on the forum a lot of people seem to have the BeePre running with 220-240 volt. What am I missing?

Greetings from Vienna
Chris

You can always get a transformer for your line voltage. That way you can build the BeePre stock.

Yes, at this time the BeePre is only available with a 120V transformer. A 240-120V step down transformer is the way to adapt it to higher mains voltages.

Yes, at this time...

So does this mean that a 240v-version will be available again at some point in the future? I am not in a hurry and can wait some months with my order. I would prefere a clean setup.
