How close is close enough?

I did the high voltage power supply test and have been waiting about a half an hour for the caps to drain to 0. I’m still at about a volt. How close to 0 is close enough to resume work (since I’ll have more tests to do)?

You're fine, a volt is nothing on the high voltage supply.
