I am new to Bottlehead kits, but not to electronics. I am beginning to assemble my first kit, a S.E.X. 3.0, and am wondering... should I use Locktite on some of the nuts securing things to the chassis? For example, in the picture at the bottom of page 14 of the manual, it almost looks to me like blue Locktite has been used on the grounding lug?

Thanks!

I never have. I've occasionally had to re-tighten, but I don't think it's necessary. I'd follow the instructions as closely to the letter as possible.

We provide locking washers to help keep the hardware snug.

Got it. No Locktite.

Thanks!
