I have spent the last month at home, as many of you have. In an effort to relieve my boredom, I have been  experimenting with some speaker designs. I decided to modify a couple of these and put them together to approximate a Jaeger in order to compare the active vs. passive Xover choice. I cobbled together an active Xover using a dbx234xs crossed to an X2 crossed to the passive Xover of the 2way section. Now, I realize that this is not a Jaeger, but it's close enough to compare the advantages of active vs. passive Xovers with this configuration. So, my question is: can I buy the Jaeger active Xover if it becomes available even if I don't own Jaegers. I would purchase the Jaegers somewhere down the line, but I'm concerned that the active Xover may become quickly unavailable and I really don't want the Jaegers W/out the active option, especially after what I heard today.

I do not believe we would prevent you from purchasing a crossover.
