Speedball voltage measures a little hot on OA and OB [resolved]

Hi, I just added the speedball to crack, and everything is fine. All 10 leds light, everything measures normal except what I mentioned. I'll post the voltages below. I measured the resistance and voltage on crack again before adding the speedball and everything is normal. Thanks!

For the record, I also got (large board) OA/OB voltages about 10 volts above the expected upper limit.  Which I thought was odd since all my other voltages were pretty much in the middle.  I bought my kit during the most recent sale. So I'm guessing it's due to that batch of components.
