I need to do some trouble shooting and want to see what some of the voltage will look like without the 12AT7 in place

Not having a Stereomour myself take with a grain of salt. You can run the amp without it but you will not get accurate voltage readings without that tube conducting.

Yes, you can run the amp with no 12AT7.
