Left channel loud popping and crackling noise

Right channel audio is OK. The left channel does not produce any audio except loud pops and crackles. Voltages and resistances seem to be OK. Any way to fix this?

Can you post the voltages you have and some photos of your build?
If the voltages are OK, you're likely looking at needing to reheat all of your solder joints.

I reheated the joints and that seemed to fix it for a while. The problem came back.

If you plug in a really cheap pair of headphones, then poke around with a wooden chopstick, you should be able to activate the popping noise by pushing on the loose joint.
