After a few months, one headphone channel stopped working

The right channel stopped working. I thought it was the headphone jack so I desoldered, re-soldered a few times. I'm pretty convinced it is not the connections on the headphone jack. Tubes glow on both sides.

Crack has speedball. I went and did some re-measuring from the speedball manual. The small board passes all voltage checks.

On the large board, OA seems irregular/ fishy measuring ~125V. OB seems regular, but also measuring similar ~125V. Range is specified at 75-100V.

These could be red-herrings/non-issues and the one channel working may be something else. I can't really tell!

Any thoughts welcome.

Thank you
Chris

What are the OA/OB voltages on your small board?

125V is higher than I would expect for normal operation.  Are there any mods in this amp?

Hi Paul.

The small board measures were in-range. I'll have to measure tonight again.
There are no mods in the amp (normal crack + speeball).
