Hi Everyone

I thought you may be interested in  my Copper plate chassis that I made using the original one from the kit as a template.
Also I used some big stainless washers that I then drilled to go around the valves.

I like that. Really good looking build and nice touch with the washers.

Thanks Chris, the washers idea came out of necessity really, as I knew it would be quite tricky to replicate the pattern around the valves by hand. So I came up with the washer idea instead.
The holes are matched underneath to let the air flow, also I got 6 countersunk screws to replace the ones in the kit and that enabled me to cover up those with the washers too.

Super nice build!  I love the copper plate (my favorite top plate) and the DIY "tube coolers" are really cool!

That looks awesome! I just ordered it and cant wait for it to arrive. I'm going to make the base out of black walnut and inset the Bottlehead logo instead of the alder.
Haven't decided what to do for the top yet. Grats though for the quality build.

Wow, I don't know how I missed this before. Very nice build. I've had custom panels made before but never attempted to fabricate one myself. Congrats on the vision and the execution.
