Mainline - Is the Dayton Capacitor Directional?

Hi,

For this step - "Attach and solder one lead of a 10μF 250V film capacitor to 15U. Attach the second lead to 20U. Do not solder."

I noticed there were no direction regarding which side of the lead to use for this capacitor. Does this mean this capacitor is not directional and any lead side can be used?

That capacitor is not directional.
