I got a few questions regarding the switches.

1. When I switch from input 1 to input 2, or the other way, I hear a pop sound. Is this expected - and any idea on what I can do to remove it?
2. The 2nd question is more for my information. Is the power output different when I use the 4 Pin-XLR versus the 1/4 inch headphone jack?
3. When I plug into the XLR and move the switch to "UNBAL" - does the headphone run in balance or unbalanced mode?

Thanks.

If you turn at least the coarse control all the way down, do you still get the pop sound when switching inputs?

The power output is the same in balanced vs. unbalanced mode provided you are using the appropriate cables in each situation.  When you have headphone plugged into the XLR jack and you set the switch to UNBAL, you do not get a balanced output.

It appears the pop is not there if I turn the coarse level all the way down. FYI (not sure if useful) but both inputs are from the same DAC - I did different wiring internally and I was flipping between 1 and 2 to see if I could hear any different.
