Good Match for B&K ST202

I am looking to buy the Moreplay kit for use with a Sansui BA-2000 and a B&K ST202.  The Sansui looks to match fine in regards to impedance but the B&K has an input impedance of 24k.  Do you think they will play nice with each other?
