Weird voltages on terminals 2 and 4 [resolved]

Moving this over from my initial impressions thread for clarity...
What broke if I'm getting no sound and around 200-230 volts on terminals 2 and 4? 6-10 are reading at zero across the board. I fear I may have broken a capacitor but I'm not certain.

No, there's nothing about what you've posted that points to a capacitor problem.

I reflowed the solder on several joints upstream and down of those two terminals and it seems to have fixed it. Will update if things act up again.
