I'm currently on the resistance check and I'm having trouble with terminals 1, 2, 4 & 5
Terminals 1 & 5 read as 22 K Ohms (with no fluctuation)
Terminals 2 & 4 read as 0.1 Ohms (equal to my ground lug)
Every other resistance reading matches the manual.

I have checked and double-checked every solder joint, and I cannot find any faults. What could be causing the issue?

Please post some build photos.

Definitely under no circumstances should you try to power up the kit until these problems are resolved.

In your FIRST and LAST picture, your RED wire going through both terminals of the large tube is going to 12U of the board, which is your negative rail. That red wire is supposed to go to 13U.

See my first attached photo that I snapped from the Completed Crack OTL Headphone Amp on page 46 of the official build PDF. On this snap, I put blue arrows to the wire I'm talking about. This is the correct way it should be. That red wire looks like it's going to 12U instead in YOUR photo.

For complete directions, please see page "41" of the official crack build PDF as well (my second picture)

DISCLAIMER: I did not check over your entire circuit. This is just what stood out to me when I glanced over it.

Other than that error, I don't see anything super concerning.

I have no idea how I missed that when I did my double-checking, but that was 100% it. -_-''

Correcting the miswiring corrected all of my issues.

Thank you so much!

All good :) Glad you got it all figured out.

Let us know what you think about the build once you've had some time to settle in with your new amp :)
