Here I am again  :o
When connecting the heater wiring the manual states to connect terminal 7 and 9 of the transformer to B7 and B8 of the octal socket. As the the 2 wires are twisted together, it is hard to know which wire is which. Is there any order of which wire connects from the transformer to the octal socket. Ie terimal 7 to B7 or does it not matter what wire is connected to what?
Thanks.

Usually, it doesn't matter which connection is made on the heater wires - but if you really want to follow the directions, use an Ohmmeter to figure out which wire goes to which terminal.

It doesn't matter which goes to which.  (We would use two different wire colors if this was important)

As PB says but you can always mark one of the wires with a sharpie before you twist it. Don't rub off the mark while twisting.
