183.2 VDC on both pin 1 and 11?
Close enough to approximately 150 V?
Haven't put it back into the system.

Yes, what you don't want to see is something super low compared to the 150V reference.

Great.
Have 124V on both plates (6 and 16) and about 12.5VDC on both cathodes so a whopping 112V across the 300B.
Will now listen.

When you only need to swing a few volts at the plate, not a whole lot of plate voltage is required
