Any ideas on what's going on? I'm getting some out of range voltage readings all from one side of the C4S board.

IA - 216V
IB - 218V
OA - 149V
OB - 163V
OC - 140V
OD - 98V
OkA - 139V
OkB - 98V
OkC 1.5mV
OkD 1.55V

The Resistance Check came back all good.

Thanks!
Kevin.

Is OKC really 1.5mV?  Is the 10,000uF cap backwards on that side?  Maybe post some build photos...

Thank you for the pointer on where to look, I found the issue. It wasn't the 10,000uF cap but I had neglected to do this step:

"Insert the other lead into A3, and continue with that lead to 4L"

Inexplicably, I had trimmed the lead at A3 and there was no connection to 4L. Made the correction and here are my voltages now. So much better.

IA - 218V
IB - 218V
OA - 162V
OB - 163V
OC - 98V
OD - 98V
OkA - 98V
OkB - 98V
OkC 1.52V
OkD 1.55V

Many thanks for the help!
Kevin.
